Norman Lundin
Professor Emeritus

Norman Lundin studied at Miami University (Ohio), the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, (BA in 1961), the University of Cincinnati (MFA, 1963) and the University of Oslo, Norway. He has taught at the University of Washington since 1964. His work has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Art Institute of Chicago, The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Seattle Art Museum, and many others. He has received numerous grants for painting, including a Fulbright Grant to Norway, a National Endowment for the Arts Visual Artists Fellowship, a Ford Foundation Grant to travel to the Soviet Union, a Washington State Visual Arts Fellowship and a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Grant for Painting. He has had over sixty solo exhibitions.
