Using the Art Slide Library

Pulling Slides
When browsing though drawers, return slides to the proper sections, making sure that slides are oriented with labels right-side up.
Once slides have been taken to a work area, please do not re-file them. Instead, place them in the white re-file bins across from the front desk.

Carousels & Keys:
Slide carousels may be checked out from the ASL.
Keys to projection booths and seminar rooms can be borrowed from the ASL.
After-hours use of carousels and keys must be arranged with staff in advance.

Work Environment
The ASL serves as a lecture preparation space for many people.
Please keep voices low when others are working.
To minimize noise and distractions, do not hold office hours or meetings in the ASL.
