Basic lab logon information
Printing in the SOACC is operated on a fixed-fee basis. B&W laser, color laser, and small inkjet prints use the Publication Services system (Copy Centers) and your Husky Card. All plot output is dealt with separately. Art plot print cards are non-refundable and can be purchased at the Student Fiscal Services Office at Schmitz Hall in denominations of $20, $30, $40, $60, $80, and $100 - return the receipt to the SOACC and you will be given a print card . Pricing is posted in the lab and provided in a PDF above. NO Exceptions.

Manuals for software, cd burners, digital cameras and other peripherals are available for checkout at the front desk with valid Student ID.
All personal work must be saved on your Dante account, USB mini-drive, CD/R, CD/RW, DVD-R disks, or on the Network storage volume - ArtStudent_share (note that this storage area is NOT backed up but meant for temporary storage).If you need assistance with systems or software in the lab please see one of the lab monitors.

- Please try the Bulletin Board link above to access the online discussion area for the lab - use it to ask and find answers to questions about goings on in the lab and general software and hardware questions.
- IMPORTANT - Students are responsible for repair or replacement costs related to damage, theft, or loss of all equipment checked out from the SOACC. This includes digital cameras and digital video cameras. Please be careful with these devices so that they continue to be available for use.
Equipment checked out from the SOACC is on a 24-hour basis - this includes digital cameras and video cameras. All other equipment is for use within the lab space only.
