- All events must be approved by School administration.
- The Art Building Event Request form should be completed 4 weeks in advance of the requested event date. Requests made without sufficient notice will still be considered but may not receive approval.
- If the event will be open to the public or feature invited guests from outside the UW, completion of the Use of University Facilities form is also required. This is a multi-part approval process and a minimum of 3 weeks of notice are strongly advised.
- Once the event is approved, promotional fliers can be dropped off in the Administration Office in Art 102 for approval and distribution.
