The Art building has been the primary home of the School of Art + Art History + Design since it was built in 1949. It is one of the six buildings surrounding the Quad on the main campus of the University of Washington in Seattle. It had additions in 1950 and 1969, and was renovated in 2023 as part of the Arts Capital Campaign. The building contains a variety of classroom types, faculty/staff offices, student studios, and the School's administrative suite.
