The 3D4M: ceramics-glass-sculpture Program is hiring a full-time instructional technician. This position will provide primary support to the sculpture studios including wood shop, metal fabrication, forging, mold making, and casting areas. It is the responsibility of the technician to supervise, maintain, and oversee these studio facilities and to ensure the safe and coordinated operations in full support of research and instruction within this department. Our technicians are an invaluable resource to our community. This position shares responsibilities with two other instructional technicians in the 3D4M Program. Work schedules are coordinated with other 3D4M technicians to include evening and weekend supervision of facility use.
