Be part of an exciting Spring 2024 at the School as the cherry blossoms turn the campus pink and students complete another academic year. Please join us this spring for all or any of our special events at the School of Art + Art History + Design. These are created for our community of alumni and supporters to connect with students, faculty and staff, and get up to speed with what’s happening across the Divisions of Art, Art History, and Design.

These events are free and open to the public. Please RSVP to each event separately to receive an email confirmation and future updates.

3D4M Open House

April 9, 2024, 6–9pm
Ceramics Metal Arts Building (CMA)

Explore the facilities of the 3D4M (Ceramics + Glass + Sculpture) program. Connect with School faculty, staff, students and alumni as you wander through the shops and studios at the CMA. Watch blacksmithing, glass blowing, and ceramic demos. View two exhibitions of student work. Enjoy food from Off the Rez, live music, and a special cup sale. This event is sponsored by the University of Washington Alumni Association (UWAA).

Kollar Lecture in American Art: Jennifer Greenhill

The annual Kollar American Art Lecture is made possible by the Allan and Mary Kollar Endowed Chair in American Art History.
