Mark began working in the School during April 1996. He retired at the end of August 2021. His responsibilities included:

• Oversight of all IT resources for the School.
• Deployment and management of all server resources.
• Purchase and distribution of computing equipment, software, and other new technology.
• Database development.
• Supervise all IT staff.
• Responsible for Student Technology Fee and other equipment initiative proposals.
• Provide user consultation and support.
