I advocate for people in the ever-deeping relationship between people, technology, and society . I am interested in helping organizations create products and services that are thoughtful, useful, and durable — all while helping those organizations make human-centered methods a part of their core values. I understand the realities and complexities of product design, and I want the things that I design to deliver concrete, measurable results that align with organizational goals. I want to use human-centered product and service design to help people and organizations connect with others that share common values. I am particularly interested in the design of transportation technologies, systems and services; designing for labor and organization; the intersection of product design and social justice; inclusive design; and the philosophy of design.
