On June 6, The Ford Family Foundation announced the 2017 Hallie Ford Fellows in the Visual Arts. Photomedia Assistant Professor Aaron Flint Jamison is one of five people selected. Each recipient receives a $25,000 unrestricted award. Criteria for selection includes quality of work and whether the artist is at a pivotal career point.
An exhibition of work by the fellows is on view at the Pacific Northwest College of Art Center for Contemporary Art and Culture. It opened June 22 and closes July 1, 2017.
