Congratulations to Visual Communication Design senior, Shreya Balaji and Industrial Design senior, Jerred Mace, who have been selected for this year's Husky 100. The Husky 100 recognizes 100 undergraduate and graduate students who are making the most of their time at the UW.
Shreya is graduating with a B.S. in Informatics and B.Des. in Visual Communication Design. She notes that “My time at the University of Washington taught me the incredible potential of design as a means of storytelling — it is a form of amplifying and immortalizing the stories and experiences of my community.”
Jerred is an industrial designer and social entrepreneur who is committed to making a positive impact through innovation. He founded OneCourt, an assistive technology startup that aims to make live sports more accessible to people with blindness or low vision.
