Each year the School proudly celebrates graduating Art and Design students — both undergraduate and graduate — with a series of exhibitions at the Jacob Lawrence Gallery and the Henry Art Gallery. We have a combination of online and in-person exhibitions this year.

Knowns, Unknowns & the Spaces in Between – launched June 4, 2021
The Jacob Lawrence Gallery proudly presents a group exhibition showcasing 40 emerging artists from the School’s four BA in Art concentrations: 3D4M: ceramics + glass + sculpture, Interdisciplinary Visual Arts, Painting + Drawing, and Photo/Media. Knowns, Unknowns & the Spaces in Between arose from the extraordinary conditions of the last year, which shed new light on what it means to live with uncertainty. It explores the liminal space where transformation occurs and the unending process of becoming, drawing inspiration from student experiences during a major transition in their lives.
