PRIORITY IN THIS COURSE IS RESERVED FOR ART MAJORS IN NEED OF 100/200- LEVEL COURSE REQUIREMENTS. STUDENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO HAVE ART 190 COMPLETED AS PREP FOR SUCCESS IN THIS COURSE. STUDENTS MUST ATTEND THE FIRST DAY CLASS IN ORDER TO REMAIN ENROLLED. COURSE IS NOT OPEN TO NON-MATRICULATED STUDENTS OR ACCESS STUDENTS.
Catalog Description:
Introduction to contemporary printing methods such as monotype, monoprint, stencil, and photocopy. Survey of historical and current approaches to the art of printmaking.
