THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS EXPLORING THE 3D4M CONCENTRATION. PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO FRESHMEN STUDENTS AND ART MAJORS WHO NEED LOWER-DIVISION ART MAJOR REQUIREMENTS. STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT ON THE FIRST DAY TO PROCEED IN THE COURSE. ADDITIONAL SEATS WILL BE OPENED FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENT REGISTRATION ON NOVEMBER 16 + 17

Introduces three dimensional concepts in the production of art and a critical, formal vocabulary in the pursuit of individual expression. Offers an overview of materials and technical processes.
