INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIO/SEMINAR DESIGNED FOR IVA STUDENTS AT AN ADVANCED LEVEL. CRITIQUE-BASED APPROACH FOCUSES ON DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL WORK AND ABILITY TO ARTICULATE IDEAS. INCLUSIVE OF ALL MEDIA AND FORMS, STUDENTS FROM OTHER PROGRAMS MAY REGISTER PENDING INSTRUCTOR PERMISSION.
Catalog Description:
Interdisciplinary mixed studio and seminar course designed for Interdisciplinary Visual Art students working at an advanced level. Includes field trips to local exhibitions, guest artist lectures, studio visits, and readings, to situate student projects within the larger sphere of contemporary art.
