Studio-based course. Utilizing social media, video, and critique skills, students learn the importance of art-making in today's culture. Introduction to installation and performance art. Investigates contemporary contexts in which art is produced and presented. Relies on philosophical teachings and artistic practices of everyday life as a guide. Prerequisite: ART 240.
