During Autumn Quarter 2013, the School of Art has several faculty being considered for tenure and promotion. A series of lectures and exhibits has been organized to highlight their work. All exhibits are in the Jacob Lawrence Gallery; hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 12-4pm. Five of the six lectures are in the Henry Art Gallery auditorium; Wang’s lecture is in the Art Building. Michael Cepress, alumnus (MFA 2006) and sometime School of Art instructor, ran a successful Kickstarter campaign earlier this year. In twenty-one days he raised $52,210 to complete, launch, and produce his first full men’s and women’s clothing collections.
